By accessing our website, submitting an enrollment request, purchasing a course, or participating in any course offered by Elite English Centre, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Elite English Centre

Elite English Centre provides English language education and training programs, including:

• IELTS Preparation
• PTE Academic
• Spoken English
• Business English
• Interview English
• English for Freelancers
• Other English language workshops, training programs, or educational services that may be introduced in the future

Our courses may be offered through:

• Physical classroom sessions
• Live online classes
• 1-on-1 personal coaching

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use the Elite English Centre website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3. Course Enrollment

• Preferred class timing
• Other information reasonably required for enrollment

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.

Submitting an enrollment form does not necessarily mean that your admission or seat is confirmed. Enrollment may be subject to course availability, schedule availability, payment confirmation, and confirmation from Elite English Centre.

4. Course Availability

Course schedules, instructors, batch sizes, class timings, locations, and availability may change when reasonably necessary.

Elite English Centre reserves the right to:

• Change class schedules
• Change instructors
• Combine or reschedule batches
• Change classroom locations when necessary
• Temporarily suspend a course
• Cancel a batch if there are insufficient enrollments or other operational reasons

Where reasonably possible, students will be informed of significant changes in advance.

5. Course Fees

Course fees are displayed on the website or communicated by Elite English Centre at the time of enrollment.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Course fees are for the selected training program.
• Official IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, or other examination fees are not included in the course fee.
• Additional materials or services will only incur separate charges where communicated to the student.
• Fees may vary depending on the course, learning mode, duration, batch, or promotional offer.

Elite English Centre reserves the right to change course prices for future enrollments.

The price applicable to an enrollment will generally be the price communicated or displayed at the time the enrollment/payment is made.

6. Payment

Payments may be made through the payment methods made available by Elite English Centre, which may include:

• Debit or credit cards
• Digital wallets
• Online payment gateways
• Bank transfer
• Raast or other local payment methods
• Other payment methods introduced by Elite English Centre

Payments processed through third-party payment providers may also be subject to those providers' terms and conditions.

A payment is considered received when the relevant payment has been successfully verified by Elite English Centre or its authorized payment provider.

7. Payment Confirmation

Students should retain their payment receipt, transaction reference, or other payment confirmation.

If a payment has been deducted from your account but your enrollment status has not been updated, contact us with the relevant transaction information.

Do not make another payment until the original transaction has been investigated.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Course enrollment and payment cancellation/refund terms may vary depending on the course and circumstances.

Unless a different written refund policy has been provided for a specific course:

• Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
• Registration or administrative charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable.
• Refunds may not be available after substantial participation in a course.
• Payments for completed classes, consumed course materials, or services already provided may not be refundable.
• Promotional or discounted fees may be subject to specific refund conditions.

If Elite English Centre cancels a course or is unable to provide the agreed training, the academy may offer an alternative batch, transfer, credit, or refund as appropriate.

We recommend publishing a more detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy separately if the academy begins processing significant volumes of online payments.

9. Class Attendance

Students are expected to attend scheduled classes regularly and arrive on time.

For physical classes:

• Students should follow classroom rules.
• Students should respect instructors and other students.
• Repeated disruption may result in removal from a class.

For online classes:

• Students are responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection.
• Students should join classes on time.
• Students should follow the instructor's online-class rules.

Elite English Centre is not responsible for interruptions caused by a student's personal internet connection, device, electricity supply, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Missed Classes

If a student misses a scheduled class, the academy is not necessarily required to provide an individual replacement class.

Any make-up class, recording, alternative session, or other accommodation will depend on the course and the academy's applicable policy.

Students should contact the academy as soon as possible if they are unable to attend.

11. Course Materials

Course materials provided by Elite English Centre may include:

• Notes
• Worksheets
• Exercises
• Practice tests
• Videos
• Presentations
• Digital resources
• Other educational materials

Unless explicitly permitted, students may not:

• Resell course materials
• Redistribute course materials
• Publish materials online
• Share paid course content publicly
• Reproduce substantial portions of materials for commercial purposes

Course materials are provided for the enrolled student's educational use.

12. Intellectual Property

The Elite English Centre website, branding, logos, text, graphics, educational materials, course content, designs, videos, documents, and other original content may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

This does not affect materials that are owned by third parties or are otherwise legally available for use.

13. IELTS, PTE and Other Examination Services

Elite English Centre may provide preparation and training for examinations such as IELTS and PTE Academic.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Elite English Centre is not the examination provider.

We do not control:

• Examination dates
• Examination locations
• Examination fees
• Examination results
• Test availability
• Official scoring
• Examination policies

Students are responsible for registering for their official examination through the relevant authorized examination provider.

We do not guarantee a particular IELTS band score, PTE score, examination result, university admission, visa approval, employment outcome, or other external result.

14. No Guaranteed Results

Our courses are designed to support students in improving their English language skills and preparing for their stated goals.

However, individual results depend on factors including:

• Existing English level
• Attendance
• Practice
• Study time
• Individual ability
• Consistency
• Examination conditions
• Other personal circumstances

Therefore, Elite English Centre does not guarantee:

• A particular IELTS band
• A particular PTE score
• A particular TOEFL score
• Fluency within a specific period
• Employment
• Promotion
• University admission
• Visa approval
• Freelancing income
• Any other specific personal or professional outcome

15. Assessments and Placement

Elite English Centre may conduct assessments to understand a student's current English level.

Placement recommendations are intended to help students select an appropriate course or level.

Assessment results are not necessarily official certifications or internationally recognized examination results.

16. Online Classes and Technology

For online courses, third-party platforms may be used for classes or communication, including video conferencing, messaging, cloud storage, or learning platforms.

Students are responsible for:

• Maintaining a suitable internet connection
• Using a compatible device
• Keeping login information secure
• Following the rules of the relevant platform

Elite English Centre is not responsible for outages or technical failures caused by third-party platforms.

17. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other students.

The following may result in disciplinary action or removal from a course:

• Harassment
• Threatening behavior
• Abusive language
• Discrimination
• Persistent disruption
• Fraud
• Unauthorized recording
• Sharing private information about other students
• Misuse of academy property or systems

Serious violations may result in termination of enrollment without further access to the course.

18. Recording of Classes

Where classes are recorded for educational or administrative purposes, students may be informed through the relevant course or class arrangements.

Students must not independently record, reproduce, publish, or distribute classes, instructors, or other students without appropriate permission.

19. Communication

By submitting an enrollment or contact form, you authorize Elite English Centre to contact you regarding your inquiry or enrollment using the information you provide.

Communication may occur through:

• WhatsApp
• Phone
• Email
• SMS
• Other communication methods provided during enrollment

You may request that non-essential promotional communications stop at any time.
